About Jan and Passionately Property

I'm Jan, and I have been sourcing, buying and selling property in South Wales since 2024. Professionally educated, fully compliant and insured, and I pride myself on personal service and working closely with buyers and investors to ensure the right outcome for everyone involved. My property training is CPD accredited.

With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world, I began my career in media sales, building a strong foundation in sales, business development and relationship management. Over the years, I progressed into sales training and sales management, gaining extensive experience in developing people, leading teams, negotiating deals and understanding what drives successful businesses.

After more than three decades in the corporate environment, I decided it was time for a new challenge. I took the leap into entrepreneurship, leaving the corporate world to build my own business within the property industry, focusing on property sales and investment.

My move into property has allowed me to combine everything I have learned throughout my career (sales, negotiation, communication, relationship building and strategic thinking) with my passion for property and investing.

One of the things that has always been important to me, both professionally and personally, is helping people solve problems. I get genuine satisfaction from listening to someone's situation, understanding the challenges they are facing and finding a practical solution that works for them. For me, success isn't simply about completing a transaction; it's about knowing that I have made a positive difference to someone's situation.

Building my own business has given me the opportunity to put that philosophy into practice, working directly with homeowners and investors and creating property opportunities that can benefit everyone involved.

Today, I bring over 30 years of sales and management experience together with my knowledge and passion for property. My journey from the corporate world to property entrepreneur has been driven by ambition, independence and, most importantly, a desire to use my experience to help people find the right solutions when it comes to selling and investing in property.

I was born and work in South Wales. That's what makes the difference: knowing where to look, when, and how to stack the most rewarding deal.
